The Committee on Banking and Insurance moves to amend the bill
on Page 1, Line 10, by striking the title of the bill in its
entirety and inserting in lieu thereof
a new title, to read as
follows
:
"
A BILL to amend and reenact §5-16B-6d of the Code of West
Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to eliminating the
twelve-month look-back period of ineligibility for coverage
under the modified benefit program of the Children's Health
Insurance Program coverage
for certain children who have had
employer sponsored insurance during the previous twelve
months.
